"Richard, For my recent cataract surgery I used the services of Assisting Hands Home Care. As I live alone I needed a driver to and from the Wheaton Eye Clinic and someone to spend a few hours with me after the surgery. I could not have been more pleased with the person sent to me. On the morning of July 6th my driver was scheduled to pick me up at 6AM. I was extremely pleased and relieved when the buzzer to my Condo sounded at 5:40AM. I had the pleasure of meeting Rosie E., an absolutely delightful woman. Rosie used my phone to contact her office that she had arrived for her appointment. She had me to the clinic fifteen minutes early. Unfortunately for Rosie, due to the Covid- 19 Pandemic she had to wait for me in her car until I was dismissed. Rosie said no problem as she had plenty of reading material. Rosie was back the next day for my follow up appointment and then the same procedure occurred again on July 27th & 28th.
Rosie was very easy to converse with and very professional. We enjoyed visiting and had lots of things in common to talk about. I knew from the start that I was very comfortable and in good hands with Rosie.
When I need help again from Assisting Hands, I will always request Rosie as my first choice if she is available. To say that I was more then pleased with Assisting Hands is to put it mildly."
